Over the course of her 30-year career in Real Estate and Accounting, Maritza has successfully brokered a portfolio grossing over 10 million dollars. With a wealth of trade, domestic, and international contacts, Maritza, offers an expertise in the Latin American and U.S. Market. Mrs. Gutierrez-Figueroa’s bilingual talent gives her the ability to offer insights in financial portfolios, residential and commercial development, public policy, and strategic planning to citizens that would otherwise be disenfranchised.

Mrs. Gutierrez-Figueroa currently operates as the Chief Executive Officer for Supreme Realty serving clients in the tri-state area, specializing in New Jersey and New York. Furthermore, Mrs. Gutierrez-Figueroa is the owner and operator of the Harmony Banquet Hall – a faction of her extensive real estate portfolio throughout Newark, NJ.

Maritza is a champion of social, gender, educational, economic and political equality; her passion of delivering tangibles to answer the various injustices that face communities of color is unparalleled to any other. Maritza’s quest for equality is mirrored through her three children: Stephanie Marie Figueroa, Carlos Christopher Figueroa, and Daniel Justin Figueroa. Maritza has been married for 30 years to her husband, Carlos Figueroa. During her free time, Maritza enjoys the company of her 3 young grandchildren (Aiden, Kaylee & Ellie).
