North Ward Councilman Anibal Ramos Jr. congratulates Ty Reggie Johnson-Otero on receiving a scholarship from the Anibal Ramos Jr. Civic Association.

Ty graduated from Technology High School and will attend New Jersey City University in the fall to study architecture.
